Voices is an era of work derived from visual culture and psychological side-effects of digital communication. Informed by film, theater, television, and music, Voices navigates these intricate social constructs. I push this analytical discussion through exploring the Internet, interpersonal relationships, multimodality, contemporary lexicon, psychological development, digital iconography, emotional phenomena, and personal identity. Studying how humans process and understand life, interactions, and self through linguistic and non-linguistic sign systems, I render physical, analog materials in order to discuss life revolving around and influenced by the artifice and honesty of the screen and digital occurrences. ​Voices is an open conversation about the world, relationships, and self.
